Organisation Grant Application

Grants are available to groups that provide horticultural benefits in the Stratford District. This can be way of educational opportunities in the community or making people more aware of the importance of Horticulture in our daily lives. Grants may also be available for projects to enhance our environment.

Terms & Conditions

Applicants should note the following conditions:

Grants available for Charitable & Not-For-Profit Groups
Applicants should provide benefits to or be based within the Stratford District Council area
Details of how the grant will benefit the local community should be provided
Applicants need to provide a detailed costings of how grant will be utilised and where appropriate supply written estimates or quotes.
Grants will be considered on a case by case basis
Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application as soon as possible following consideration by the trustees
Electronic applications are preferred but not essential
Evidence should be provided that the project has been completed and where appropriate publicity showing the trusts support
Should project or purpose of grant not proceed the applicant agrees to return the full amount to the Ostlers Gardens Charitable Trust
